iTunes couldn't restore the iPhone because an error occurred

My iphone started to experience some problems today, so I restored it. Naturally, I chose to restore from a recent backup. I chose the backup I just did before restoring, but I got this error :

I even tried to restore via one of my iCloud backups, but after the restore, it says "Cannot restore backup", nothing else. It then bring me back to the page where I can chose my backup.

Can anyone help me ? I've never seen this error before.

Infos:

Device : iPhone 4

Capacity : 16Gb

Carrier : Telus

iOS Version : 7.0.4

PC OS : Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.4
