Cookie control is not working

Hello,

I hoped from update to update of Safari that cookie control will work. It doesn't work. I configured that Safari shouldn't accept cookies or other entries from third side. With my homepage (www.muenchen.de) I get etracker, googles and other **** loaded. I lost confidence in the Safari.

Under developer folder I can switch of the use of caches. After visiting Amazon I got at least two entries from Amazon in the cache! That's normal behavior for software quality as Apple understands?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.5), Safari
