How to transfer OSX and Windows 7 to SSD

So basically, I have a 750GB drive, with two partitions. OSX and Windows 7 64.

What I want is, I wanna transfer both of these partitions as they are (cuz they are newly installed and working FINE) to my brand new SSD.

What I want to SKIP is, the /User directory on the OSX drive. Everything else is OK, as my windows partition is gonna be 128GB and the OSX will be 128GB too.

Dont tell me about how much space I need, I know it exactly, and I will store my other files inculding my /home in a Exfat system on my HDD.

What ways I have to copy it?

CCC to OSX, then Easeus Backup for windows ?Would it work?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)
