delete timing and cursor:

When I go to delete an incoming message, I put the cursor over the trash can and the item deletes fine, even without a click by

the mouse/keyboard..

But sometimes if I hesitate a fraction of a second it deletes additional messages before I can glance at them. Can i slow down the pace

of this action somehow? thanks.
