I have iTunes Store credit for $100...how do I buy a music album as a gift for someone else using my Store Credit? The Store asks for a credit card or Paypal but gives me no option to use my store credit.

You can't use your balance to gift content, your balance can only be used to buy items for yourself - gifting can only be done via your credit card.
No...I just figured it out.
First, do this on your computer because you can't do it on you iPad.
Then go to the album or song you want to gift to someone.
There is a dropdown Menu next to the album photo....the first option is "Gift this album"...click on that and go from there.
The hard part was just finding that Menu and it will not appear on your iPad so it probably won't appear on anything else but a computer. (All you see if you're on your mobile devices is "Buy Album"....you must gift music from a computer, then you'll see the Menu you need to "Gift this album".)
