when is the day off of apple store?

Each Apple Store has a website with posted hours.

All stores should have open hours on the website (apple.com) or in the actual store. And also, they will probably all be closed on Christmas Day anyway (a.k.a. today).

Except, of course, in the many countries where Christmas is not celebrated. Remember, this is a global forum. 🙂

I know, but lots of countries celebrate Christmas. And anyway, today was Christmas anyway so I thought that should be pointed out. 😀

And I meant 'holidays' e.g. where countries could celebrate Hunnikah (sorry, I can't spell that) or all the other holidays around December 25th towards the end of the year.

Hanukkah started on November 27th this year. Those who celebrate Xmas probably know it's today. Those who don't, probably don't care. 🙂 However, my larger point is, sometimes people on this board who aren't from the U.S. find it dismissive and arrogant when Americans assume everyone else is American.

And anyways, I do understand that some countries don't celebrate Christmas. That's why I put 'Happy Holidays' to indicate this Christmas, the New Year and all the other holidays around this time period.

And I think over 50% of Apple Stores will have shut today due to Christmas anyway, mainly due to most Apple Stores being in the US and Europe. 😀
