Q: I haven't got an email to reset my security questions yet, what should I do?

I can't remember my security questions so I can't start downloading music on my new iPhone. I clicked on the option to have an email sent so I could reset them. I haven't gotten the email yet. What should I do?

You need to contact Apple to get the questions reset. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team, or fill out and submit this form.
