Q: How do I turn on home share on iPad air. I don't see the option when opening iTunes app

I have a new iPad air.  Bought the Apple TV box too. When I open the iTunes App Store I don't see any options to activate home share. All I see are all the usual options i.e. order movies, music, etc.  Frustrated.
