Error Message says iTunes isn't connect to internet

I cannot connect to the iTunes Store, error message said it's not connected to Internet...I checked all the defaults and settings that I know, any ideas?

Also I tried to start another iTunes account on the same PC but nothing happened that I can see, or it just merged with my previous I tunes .

I found a couple of articles that might help with the issue you are experiencing with the iTunes Store.


If you are getting a white screen when accessing the iTunes Store, I recommend reviewing this article:
