I've just bought a new iPhone 5s 64GB handset as my business phone and feel there may be a fault with the way it operates.
Working in an office I plug my iPhone into the charger and listen to the radio all day. However, with the 5s the screen is little or non-responsive, when plugged into charge. My previous phone was an iPhone 4 and having had this for 3 years+ I used it daily without this issue.
Is this a setting issue which can be altered within the phone, or is this an issue with my iPhone, or a wider issue altogether?
Your views and opinion on this would be much appreciated.
