I all of a sudden have this blue box that is moving around on my screen. It highlighting sections on the screen moving from top to bottom of screen. I have looked in my settings and can't figure out how to stop it????? Help

in Safari and other apps, I somehow blue highlight one or more words and get the options to "copy, cut, etc". Buut then I cannot seem to undo the highlight. Even if I click outside the highlighted text, the blue box just moves. My settings are already set as instructed below. How do I get rid of this?

Did you check all the Accessibility features, including the Accessibility Shortcut?
Is the blue square an outline box that jumps from icon to icon?
If not, it may be something completely different. Could you post a screenshot? Be sure to redact any personal info.
What iOS version do you have on the iPhone 5C?
Use Settings > General > Accessibility > Switch Control and turn OFF.
Where are Settings?General? On the computer. I'm having this and I'm on the macmini, not a phone or ipad.

You can also tell Siri, "Turn Voiceover off."
Except it is for Switch Control....but other than that, bobfather....

To prevent this from happening again, turn off Settings > General > Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut.

I have this blue square on my sons iPhone 5c and tried turning it off with no luck. I have taken the phone back to factory settings started it up as a new phone and it still keeps coming up ????
