Q: How do you change your recovery email address to be able to reset your security information?

Are you able to change your recovery email address to be able to reset your security information? If so how? Or is it best to make a new Apple ID? Any help would be highly appreciated.

You need to contact Apple to get the questions reset. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team, or fill out and submit this form.
