Problem with restarting after crash during installation of program

Hello!

I was just installing the Xcode application, retreived from the Apple developer page when my computer crashed. I turned it on again and a screen popped up (see the link above) displaying some sort of error message whereupon the computer restarted and ran into the same issue once again... Is there anything i can do to break the cycle and get the **** thing to work properly again? Is it even remotely possible?
