apple says it has sent a confirmation email to my son to set up his ipod, but the email still hasnt been received 9 hours later
trying to set up my sons ipod. It says a confirmation email has been sent but we still havent received it after 9 hours. A confirmation email has been sent to his backup account (my email) and i have confirmed it but this is not helping as the ipod is asking for confirmation on HIS account. I have gotten them to re-send the confirmation email numerous times but none have been received. Please can someone help so my son can start installing games and can actually use his ipod. Thanks
