Q: Frozen Screen and no on/off buttom capability

I have a 4s and my on/off button stopped working about 6 months ago and now today my screen froze and I cannot do anything. Any help?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4

Hi jlamppa,

If the sleep/wake button your your iPhone has stopped working completely and that is preventing you from resetting your device now that it is not responding, you may need hardware service. You may find the following page helpful:
