i just got a new iphone 5 and it says "since its your first time purchasing something on this device we will have to have you answer your security questions" but the problem is is I DONT KNOW THE SECURITY QUESTIONS

It isn't possible to create a rescue email address without correctly answering two of the questions. Nobody on these boards can reset them for you.
