hi guys,
just bought a macbook pro 2013 model.. now all is well but my usb 2.0 cables dont get recognised from my cdj decks to work with the traktor software.
is there any sort of adapter that converts the 2.0 into a 3.0? some sort of hub?

The connector on the MacBook does the conversion when you plug in a USB-2 device for the first time. You cannot mix speeds on the same channel.
But if you plug in a USB-3 device the first time after a Restart, that channel will upshift to USB-3 and may stay there.
