You need to contact Apple to get the questions reset. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team, or fill out and submit this form.

Good luck Lacey hurst...Alternative to forgetting the info next time, get yourself a small paper notebook, EVERY time you go to ANY site, including Apple, write down every thing you use as passwords, IDs, questions, answers, your address, e mail addresses. Keep this notebook in the safest place you can think of, then get another notebook, write down a general description of what's in the first one, and where you keep it. Or keep dealing with people who think there's something wrong with you when you forget. I'm only 63, but I now have around seven different locations with notes, I still can't remember all the stuff! I hope this doesn't get any worse. Thank God, I didn't get a SMART phone, just an old cheapie. I forget to buy more minutes!
