I Just bought a Iphone 4 16 gb verizon phone from someone.
I Have been able to get ahold of him and he gave me apple id and password. He gave me his birthdate and security question answers just incase and his full name. Yet it still does not let me go on from the Activation lock screen.
This is Fustarting.

Who gives all this Information to a Stranger..?
If you are still in contact with with "someone", you can ask him to login to his iCloud account to remove the device from his account. No way about the iOS 7 Activation lock.
