Q: I have anew new ipod Nano. I am trying to download itunes. It seems to download and starts the load process and then stops on the final innstall screen.

I have anew ipod nano. I am trying to load itunes. The download appears to work fine. The install seems to run most of the way and then freezes. Windows 7.

I have tried the processseveral times. same basic results. a couple of time it says it finished but there was an issue and nothing installed.
