Updating Credit Info Error Message

I have been trying to update my billing info and add a credit card on iTunes and it keeps giving me an error message to contact apple support. I have tried on my phone and ipad as well and I get the same message. The only thing that works is if I go on itunes on my omputer and choose paypal as payment. That is the only payment method that all my devices and computer is accepting on iTunes. I don't know what the issue is but it has to be a glitch with Apple since I have tried to go on different devices. And I can not keep paying with paypal. I need to add my card. I even put "none" under payments then went back to add the credit card and I still get the same message. Help please! Thanks. 😕
