Q: What do I put as the incoming server address and outgoing server address
I have just got my iPad mini and am trying to set my gmail email account as my default but I don't know what to put as the incoming or outgoing server address
If your account provider is not one of the common ones mentioned in the HT4810 article above, you should contact your provider to figure out the server names.
