I completely forgot my apple ID securtiy questions but I cannot reset them even if my account isn't locked.

I was trying to make a purchase on my account and I can't remember the answers to the questions, but I cannot reset them. What do I do?

You need to contact Apple to get the questions reset; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method for your country, or if that's not an option, by filling out and submit this form.
