Mac get stuck on white screen when I shut down.

Hi ya,

When I shut down my Macbook Pro it gets stuck on a white screen and wont doing anything. As far as I know everything is running ok, And I have tried quitt all the applications befour I shut down but it didnt work. Also I tried looking at the system console as I saw in another post and this is what comes up:
