I have an I PHONE 3 and I want to install WHATSAPP MESSENGER To do so I need the IOS 4.3

Then you need to purchase a newer model iPhone. Your phone cannot be updated past iOS 4.2.1...the end of the line for your model iPhone.

you connect the iphone using the usb cable to computer
open itunes on the computer
navigate to the iphone in itunes
click on the update button

You can ignore Rudegar's post, as it won't help you or do what you want. As already provided, an iPhone 3G CANNOT be updated to iOS 4.3.
