Icant sign in icloud with my apple account

Please describe what happens when you try.

I have the same problem (see the picture).

If you are getting the message above it's because you are trying to create an iCloud account on a PC by signing with your Apple ID. You can only sign into an existing iCloud account on a PC. Hi I have tried to sign into my icloud on my Ipad and it says my password is invalid. So I went down the route of changing my password, in which you are send to Apple Id page. I have changed my password and still I'm unable to gain access to my icloud account.

Can you sign in with the password on iCloud.com when you go there from your computer?

No it still says the same invalid password. It since my Ipad sofeware been updated that I have had this problem.

Check Settings>iCloud to see if your device is signed into your current iCloud ID and not an older iCloud ID. If it is signed into an older ID reply back and I can explain how to fix it.

my icloud says the id is the same as my appleid but it won't take my password. when i try to reset my phone it asks for my appleid and i get an immdiate pop up saying connection to icoud has timed out
