I have some installation and licensing questions...

If I just got a new macbook pro, and I've been running Logic Express 9 on an old macbook, can I uninstall it from the older computer in order to allow me to install it on the new one? Or can I leave it, and have my newer computer count as the "desktop" computer that apple allows in the software license? If anyone knows which one works, let me know. Thanks!
