My wireless mouse and wireless keyboard are both not working

My mac is telling me that 1 keyboard is found but its still loading (for about 1day so far) and my mouse is not working either, nothing shows up on the screen for my mouse. i put new batteries in both. Both of their green lights are blinking but nothing happens. Anyone know how to fix this?
