How do I stop endless restart crashes?

So following a new hard drive upgrade and ram upgrade I keep getting endless random restarts that are so annoying!


It comes up with an erorr message saying "Your computer restarted because of a problem. Press a key or wait a few seconds to continue starting up."

I never had this error message before. I know that the ram IS supported as I have a late 2008 macbook unibody. The Hard drive is also compatiable. Any ideas? Here is the error message:
