lost my email password

Dear Sir,

All emails have a rest facility so you seem a bit patronising. I just want to know where to rest apple email password? yahoo ; google etc tells you where to reset your password when you loose it so where is the link for this ISP you are talking about. I have already told it is apple email? I cannot find the link?

I appologise for the strong words. What confused me was that My I did not know that my apply ID and my Icloud email were tied together and having the same password.
