Why does the chat support take so long

well, 3 1/2 years later, after nearly an hour waiting, you still get "We’ll be with you in about 2 minutes" 😠

not impressed at all

this is the day after xmas. A gazillion folks got new devices yesterday, and a bunch of them are in line with you. Try back later - (Like next week) and it will be better. In the mean time - ask your question here - you might get a real quick answer.

My guess is that they are very busy due to Christmas gifts, and reduced holiday staff.

.... Not Christmas anymore... Maybe it's a little ambitious to say 2 min... Hmmm?
