I've purchased in app items and deleted then re downloaded the app. How do I redeem the in app purchases I've already bought?

I'm having trouble trying to re download the stuff ice already previously purchased in the app. Can I redeem the previous purchases?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.4, Real racing 3 application

you dont you lost them. Apple will not refund. maybe the app mfg will regrant. their contact info is in the app store. if you have an itunes or icloud backup you can restore your progress. see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766
