Q: Removing TOC when Pages converts an Epub folder.

Hello everyone!

I don't know if I am the onlyone to experience this but it seems that the new version of Pages (9.0) automatically creates a Table Of Content (TOC) when creating an Epub.

I don't have any problem with that exept that this TOC is automatically inserted at the very begining of each e-book that I am trying to convert in Epub and that it is impossible either to remove or hide this TOC.

Inserting a TOC at the very begining of an e-book, even before the cover picture, is particularly inelegant and far from any book frame standards.

Does anyone knows how to remove the automatic TOC created by Pages when converting an Epub? Coud we, at least, hide it like it was possible with older versions of Pages?
