I have two 1080P Apple TVs but both of Apple TVs are not working right now except airplay.
Both apple TV has connected on same wifi. I just wanted to change WIFI setting to the other network.
After all I can't control apple TVs with the remote controller .
How can I fix this problem?

All devices including the computer need to be on the same network for home sharing to work.

I just wanted to change to the other Wifi network both.

I can't even go to the setup with remote controller.
You'll have to use the remote that came with the Apple TV.

I see on screen right now;
1 network configuration
Connect to wifi network
2. Choose this Apple TV
Bedroom Apple TV
Nothing is happen when I press the buttons on remote that came with the Apple TV
Only thing that I do is airplay from my ipad. That is it.

Your Apple TV may have become paired with another remote. Hold the remote close to and pointed at the Apple TV, hold down the menu and Rewind buttons together for 6 seconds or until you see a broken chain icon on screen.
