Dec 26, 2013 8:14 PM in response to Dumbshiitby Sarky_Marty,I'm afraid to say that, if you do not know the code and cannot unlock with your fingerprints, you can only restore the device to factory settings.
You will need to do a DFU Mode restore.
1) Connect the device to iTunes on a computer.
2) Ignore the prompts about being unable to connect to a locked device.
3) Press-and-hold the power button on your iPhone and slide to power off, as usual.
4) Once the device has shut down, press-and-hold the power button for five seconds.
5) Continue to hold the power button and press-and-hold the home button simultaneously for ten seconds.
6) Release the power button while continuing to hold the home button.
7) The screen of the iPhone will remain blank, and iTunes will show a device in Recovery Mode that must be restored.
8) Hit "Restore" in iTunes, follow the prompts, and wait for the process to complete.
9) Set up your iPhone as-new, like it originally came out of the box. If you have an iCloud backup, you may be able to restore your data from that. Otherwise, unfortunatley, you will lose everything.
Hope this helps. Sory to be the bearer of bad news. :-(
