How do I delete music off my iPhone that is stored in iCloud?

I've recently cleaned out my iTunes library and deleted all the unwanted songs off my computer. I then proceeded to sync my iPhone the normal way you would to add music to the device.

After extensive research and looking at hundreds of other questions I've deleted all my music through the settings and also turned off my iCloud storage and there is currently no back up.

I just want to know how to delete the music that appears in my music library with the little cloud next to it and replace it with the music on my computer, will i be required to reset my whole device in order to start from scratch because this iCloud **** is driving me ******* insane I hate it!!

HELP ME PLEASE BEFORE I SMASH MY PHONE!
