Windows to Mac transfer

Hi guys,

I recently purchased a new Macbook Pro (making the swith from Windows). So far it is A LOT better and I've caught onto most of the features on the Mac pretty easily but I am having troubles with one thing. My iPhones backup, music, iTunes library, playlists etc are ALL on my Windows PC and would like to know if there is anyway to literally export that all onto my Mac from the Windows PC (playlists, iPhone backup etc).
I tried using Windows Migration Assistant but it was very slow and kept freezing/stopping.
Any help would be appreciated 🙂 I want to transfer this last bit of data over, back up my iPhone and throw the PC out!
