Help deleting songs from itunes and i phone 5s

I had i phone 4. I deleted songs that I did not want on it. Itunes kept reloading them onto my phone. I have attempted to delete them from itunes.

I now have i phone 5s. Again, attempted to delete songs I do not want from i tunes account. Again, tney are on my phone.

Another problem is that I cannot figure out how to delete them from phone now! I don't want them on itunes or my phone! what can I do?
