i acccidently created a new library and all my stuff in my i tunes library is gone. what can i do to get it back. Please help.

You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
Also maybe:
iTunes: Finding lost media and downloads
yo also may have to do this:
Syncing to a "New" Computer or replacing a "crashed" Hard Drive: Apple Support Communities
