Q: How do i set up an mobileme

I got this laptop from a friend and they added all their info on here and it wont let me set up an account because i need icloud and i cant find nor download it to this computer. and how do i get the latest update for software.

    So you came to the "iPhone in Business and Education" forum?

     

    You don't download iCloud. It lives at icloud.com.  You update your OS by going to "Software Update" under the Apple menu at the top left of this screen.

     

    The list of user forums available to you is under the "Apple Support Communities" link at the top of this screen.
