Q: camera mac book pro doesn't work.

suddenly my camera didn't work. first i noticed in my Skype and i checked FaceTime it was the same. It says no camera available. i had all the updates. i couldn't find any thing useful please help me

MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012), OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

Choose the method for:
"Resetting SMC on portables with a battery you should not remove on your own".

If this does not help, contact Apple.

I did it and it doesn't work. what shall i do now? I tried to reset SMC i couldn't.

You have to take the computer to the nearby apple store to have it checked out.
