How do I stop my Apple TV Controller from activating the iTunes app on my iMac when I am using it with the Apple TV?

The answer is in your other post.
The IR disable option moved around a bit in recent OS versions but it should be there in Lion.
If the driver fixed it I guess it doesn't matter.
