I have an iphone 4s 64gb, and I bought it from morocco meditel. Now I deplaced to belgie and the phone not supported to belgie cart sim that my iphone IMEI : 013033000357240 can help me pleas.

Only the carrirer to whom the device is locked can authorize it's unlocking.

Contact the carrier to determine what their unlocking policy is and if you qualify. Not all carriers unlock phones.
