I have a new iPhone 5S with iOS 7.0.3 software and with icloud now installed and backed up. I want to install icloud on my iMac with IOS 10.6.8 system software. No icloud exist under system preferences !

However... Once you have iClound Established on your iPhone... you will be able to use your Computer to access iCloud at iCloud.com.
