when i received a call my voice is not heard by the calling person

hi i brought i phone 4 in usa last week when i used in usa it was worked good

when i moved to india it worked one day after that when i got call im hearing the opposite person's voice but mt voice is not hearing by the opposite persons

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.4
