Yes, Photostream is just a "stream" of your photos - hence the name. It is not an online gallery. It is a function for automatically transferring photos between iOS devices and your computer.

If you haven't synced your contacts and calendars with iCloud during the setup process then there won't be any contacts or calendars to view at iCloud.com

Make sure you have correctly setup iCloud and are using a supported version of Outlook.

i dont know about you but i downloaded itunes onto my pc and it works out perfectly...
