Q: Touch screen not working on new iPad mini used for one day only
My daughter gave me a new ipad mini for Chrstmas and it worked great yesterday. Went ot go on it todat and I am unable to slide to start so to speak, in addition the voice over is talking which did not happen yesterday. I have tried switching off and restarting but this has not solved the issue. Please help.

Hi,
There are three things you can do:
1) Triple-click the home button. This should disable voice-over.
2) Do a reset by holding the on/off and home buttons together until the Apple logo appears. This does not lose any data.
3) Take it to an Apple Retail Store or an Apple ASR (Approved Service Retailer).
