Why I have to pay for my »12 Days Of Christmas«-Present today in Germany?

Today the free present for Christmas in Germany is a film »Unbekanntes Afrika«. But iTunes saya that I have to pay 13,99 Euro for this »present«!!! What happend? That is no present!
