Q: I"m trying to upload all my pic form a Iphone 4 to an Iphone 5S... I don't see any of my pic in the Icloud.. why not?

I"m trying to upload all my pic's form a IPhone 4 to an Iphone 5S... However I don't see any of my pic's in the Icloud.. why not?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4, I also have a IPhone 4 IOS 7.0.3
