Why doesn't it work in the wifi mode?
Need more info from you. Describe what you have done, such as software update, added a printer. Is this a new printer?

Updates: from Mountain Lion to Mavericks and Epson software latest update (2.15.1)
I forgot: this is not a new printer and it worked fine wirelessly before over my home network.
Not sure if your all in one will connect automatically in Mavericks. My WF 3540 had to be manually set up to connect to my Airport hub. A pain, but I finially got all the info correctly entered.....If you can print via usb then you need to set up the wireless connection from the printer.
